I love the smell of a crisp dividend payment in the morning!
I have posted these comments previously, and they might be too optimistic, but my guess/hope is that Santos will declare a 10 cent dividend as part of its Annual Report to be issued in February. That dividend amount is based on my expectation that they will record USD400M of underlying profit for 2017 and that they will pay 40% in accordance with their dividend policy.
