    Poorland There are so many questions that need to be aimed at the directors over PWR's performance over the last year or so. The first of many arising is where was PWR's due diligence of Clarity when they acquired it.
    On this issue alone there is an obvious breach of Corps Act and directors' duties.
    Can you think of any others?
