Gold is going higher, much higher. Gold can only go higher as contagion spreads and sovereign risks intensify and real rates remain anhcored. There is increased investment demand for the metal as an alternative to other currencies particularly the EURO.
There is a shortage of high grade gold and supply....Is the timing of the IPO for Mungana right, 1st IPO Gold since GFC? Time will tell.
