What does 'consider the timing' actually mean? It suggests to me they could adapt for the NiP somehow, like hold off raising funds until the market improves. Yet I doubt whether an explorer with no significant discovery can afford to do this.
Regardless, the thought of raising capital with a SP threatening to test 0.002c must be most concerning. Unless they're prepared to share their reported excitement, now lost on me.
