It seems to me that if the management can not procure a cornerstone investor they will go it alone to develop either a sulphate of potash operation or silica operation depending on viability.
I am pleased to hear that they have a plan B if they can't pull off a cornerstone investor, but believe a capital raising will be necessary to develop either a potash or silica plant.
If this eventuates could lead to a further dilution of the share price in the short term.
