I'm long on CCL since early 9's and think turnaround is pretty well priced in at the moment, could be wrong but long term we should be in for good returns.
Can't see it running to 13 in the short term but i expect all time highs within 3-5 years.
Likely to hit 10 again before 13, although i'm nearly always wrong short term
