As a lifelong footy supporter I have never been more disallusioned or indifferent. They are destroying the game. Proof is no more evident than at the moment as they are starting to talk up Melbourne who, while they do have some good kids, the majority of the side is still woeful - the standard overall has just been lowered, that's all. And it will be continue to be lowered as the talent is spread further over 18 clubs. The Storm saga is just the smokescreen that the AFL ordered.
