Will Growthpoint (GOZ) make a move?

So since buying the 18% stake from 360 Capital (TOT ASX) in July 17 - there was always some speculation that Growthpoint (GOZ ASX) would make a bid for Industria and all of the outstanding stock.  Including the lucrative RE fees (0.6% of asset payable to APN).

Growthpoint are highly acquistive, they picked up the GPT metro fund a few years ago, and I suspect this is on their radar.... also IDR is now trading below its June-30 NTA.  So could be a good time for a bid?
