Sounds like you have probably seen the presentation or your broker has.
Hope the story unfolds in small shareholders favour. History tells a different story but from what your implying this may be an exception.
Will have to wait and see what happens. As a longer term buy and hold the stock looks good but for short term play the unknown risks are getting greater.
