The above is a quote from fellow value investor RoE. I personally have very positive views on FLT, however, for the purpose of enlightening debate and having our established views challenged, I thought I'd play devils advocate and pose the question:
Will FLT be the next Woolies?
After all, not so long ago, it could have been said, Woolies will do everything that Aldi does and much more, with scale, product diversity and a trusted brand.
And yet today, Aldi, still not holding anywhere near the scale of WOW, seems to be sending the WOW model into a spin.
Will FLT be the next Woolies?
