Great post Beany, 2017 could be a good year for this old pariah - currently trading on 8x PE for the lower end of their earnings guidance.
As far as the dividend is concerned, there could be a nice surprise in line as they are sure to have loads of cash from winding down their old loan books. They have tons of cash anyway at about ~$70mil and strong cash flow reagrdless. A 2c divi is less tan $10mil and would make this rocket.
But that the dream anyway. Its been a dull stock to hold the last while. Looking forward to Monday.
