Given their funding situation if they are struggling to raise new funds then absolutely it could spell the end for AEB.
Given the history of the AEB directors it would not be a new situation for some of them, in particular Mr James and former director, and founder, Mr Stroud. Both of those hid, or at least tried to hide, their previous failures.
