Will the cap raising be offered to all do you think?

Do you think it will be 25% (15% plus 10% approved at AGM) of current issued shares? So that's about 80 million ($1.35 Million raised) - total shares being around 400m

Also, any idea how much RAI have to pay for the buy-in on VenturOil? They say value is $22m on 2p basis - So I guess if you base it on 1p its a lot less than $22m

I guess they get the $7/8 million back that they have to come up with after spudding.

Even if they make 50% of the expected profit through their share in VentureOil thats $11 million, costs back of $8m - this is worse case - Why is the sp so low?
