Ark (Okap) went ahead with the consolidation and could not relist in regards to rule 1-2. Asset test.

At June 30. IGS had $1,02 more debt than assets.

Since this. Ouro Paz has been given away. "$864,448 being a 35% interest in the incorporated joint venture"

Listing rules state that $1m in assets are needed to meet listing rules 1-2. (Among other things)

30 September 2015 showed just $51k in the bank. $45 claimed as expenses this Q

So on top of the $1m to just meet listing rules. Approx $1.2m needs to be added to the already huge dilution.

That does not included any "working capital." COUGH COUGH! (Small raising?) cough cough.

In my view. They could not rope in enough suckers for the Last SI's to off load too. So no money coming from them.
The asset test is were this pig will get slaughtered in the already huge dilution planned.

All my opinion. Do your own thing.
