J, I think the arrangement has been terminated without penalty at the request of Torian. The practices of La Jolla are very deleterious to the company and particularly the share price. In tough times and when the share price is under strain the off loading of large holdings at a premium price drives the share price down. This has happened with Torian and no doubt management has had enough. The problem now is that the share price has been driven down and money needs to be found to continue exploration. In the recent activity statement we were told management would provide the money to meet existing costs until futher financing can be arranged. So it would not be a negative result if a better source of finance can be secured. While management wait for drill results a financing arrangement is terminated at managements request.....Im hoping for something positive....that they are looking for new financing with a great story based on some expected good results. Can one ask if they have something under their hat.....that they would let existing funding go(which dilutes the company) with no alternative at hand makes little sense.
