2.9 cents below its cash backing... IMO this drip selling is just some crazy ppl that think IGS has no future... I bet its very hard to find another micro cap with 17 million in the bank with sp sub 3 cents...
Top 20 control more than 50% of IGS so with any good announcement IGS will shoot back to near 10 cents IMO
