I usually steer away from cheap stocks ,strauss.
This was my mistake with TWT....Huge ,nearly 90% discount to its TANGIBLE assets (factory & cash).
I have written this one off.
To give you some background about INL:
Keiran Rodgers (CEO) took the helm in 2012 after ousting Phillip Wood.
He recapitalized the company together with 5 of his mates to the tune of $1.5m (each had just under 5% at a price of 1.5c)....These VCs are still down 30%.
3 of those (including Rodgers) have increased their holdings since....Either on market or the buyback of unmarketable parcels that they acquired at 0.008.
There have been major changes & cost cutting since KR took control....7 heavyweight directors & senior managers were let loose.
The company was run by 2 directors ( after ousting James Bell)
Dan Cronin was brought in recently to drive SciDev growth....He is an ex BASF man with long experience in the chemical industry & good contacts that was perhaps behind the cooperation deal with Alpha Laval....Check out Alpha Laval.....Far from a minnow.
