Just saw your post forrest.
INL has a chequered history....Not very much loved.....Ask early holders that lost 99% of their investment.
I am not that unlucky , but didn't escape the Intec curse.....Down "only" 60% on a large (I mean LARGE holding)
I am of the view that INL is on the road to sustainability.
Doesn't make much sense that it is trading at cash backing.
