Jat got a big kick in the guts for obvious reasons . Did a few deals /new companies etc . Much like ahf! The structure of the new companies jat is getting is a bit blurry and may also benefit directors and not a arms length transaction sound familiar (tau/trust /ironbark money/share structure? )
