    Because the board is pathetic plain and simple. Just look at how they ran the current milk factory. Extremely poor at meeting targets ( never once met!). Always failed to keep shareholders update. Never ever even got close to running the plant at full capacity.

    They are only interested in them selves and ran this like a private company.
