True, but there are other far smarter ways for Bega to handle it and get into the organics space if that was their intent with the ODFC agreement and using AHF is an option for them now that WHA has just taken a decent chunk of value out of the BEGA / ODFC deal.

And it would give BEGA surety of a local (non-organic) milk supply in the mean time whilst it gets a new plant up and running and prepares the farms for organics.

And a lot cheaper and less risk for BEGA than chasing the Koroit plant as an outfall of the Saputo / MGC deal.

BEGA should chase down AHF with a takeover offer for BGA script only.
