You are correct - Merck still has its 4.5% holding of circa 21m shares.

I did actually look at the Top 20 in the Annual Report before I posted but was unaware (or had forgotten) that they had shares registered in the US Register name.

Apologies for the error - I probably just scanned expecting to see the Merck name.

Anyway, I am reliably informed that Merck is not a seller and has not sold shares today.

It does however beg the question of who has been selling over the last month or two. There has been consistent ongoing selling at around the 37c level and yet the stock has been soaked up.

Any thoughts on who would be selling and why?

It just does not smell right to me.

All I can say is that I hope the company proves my doubting to be misplaced and that we all get our payday sooner rather than later.
