1. A growing, low cost, very profitable gold miner that has paid 35 cents a share in dividends for the 2009-2010 financial year.

"6. The willingness to throw this away for nothing shows how desperate the directors are to offload this. THere is objiously some serious underlying problems with the company or tenament. I am not hanging around to find out."

My reply:
You assume KCN Management are incompetent which is clearly not the case based on their successful track record this century and share price growth averaging nearly 40% every year.
