Hello, anyone notice that Auralandia now has 12.5% of the stock ! this means they can and most likely will hold out against KCN as they have paid 1.9 - 2 cents and want no doubt to make a profit, so KCN will need to raise the offer price or LRC will remain listed with KCN in control. Later KN will have to make a sweeter offer to buy Auralandia out. personally l think on this basis that l will retain my LRC and wait for the better offer. l would assume that Auralandia have been talking to other shareholders as well, but in any case more than 10% will block the full take over.
