Could not agree more with all of your comments.As most shares I have bought of late have been manipulated by short sells and "bots",I feel confident this will not happen with SHD because Jerry Ren holds 78% of the shares as you point out.This to me is VERY important.
Will be very interesting to see what the conversion rate will be for the $6m cash that Noble are prepared to hand over to SHD...IF the deal is done within the next 10 days.
In earlier presentations up to 5 m/t per year was the export target ,this should be a real cash cow should that occur.
Sounds like shipping via the Roper river is no longer a priority,which I am very happy to hear.Having been in and out of the Roper by barge on a number of occations,trans shipping to Maria Is would have been a very difficult operation in my opinion.
