    Tanzania would be keen to see the mine happen - the royalties and jobs would be a significant boost to the economy. It's a question of what the price is for PEK to develop, and whether the numbers (including royalties) stack up.

    I don't think there'll be an issue getting the license to mine, in other words. It's more a question of getting the customers to buy the goods, and making sure the mine is making a net operational profit sufficient to cover the cost of the capital necessary to build it (and to remediate it after operations cease, in however many years that will be).

    At what point would PEK be actively signing contracts for supply - would it be before, or after, the license to mine is granted? (Honest question; I'm a little naive on these matters.) Certainly, I'd expect a rocket to go under the share price if they announce an offtake agreement.
