I went back to 2015 Annual report and CR.
at June 2015, WAF has 270M Share on register. Then issue 7.7M share to Share Purchase Plan for existing shareholder. This number also include some large holder and management.
Since then, all CRs was released to Intos investor.
In latest presentation, they have 690M share on issue. 35% is retail, which is 240M shares
The number of share holding by retails has not changed much. I could say most retail holder is still hold.
Between intos, there is no data about who is holding, who is selling. But as there is no announcement on large holder. I could say it is mostly change from left hand to right hand and crossing. They are controlling price. but aslo, it is in their interest to able to exit at profit as most recent CRs as above 30c.
