My contention is that the banksters and others have already extracted their principal, and profits from this stock, by heavily shorting it. That would make the shareholders the bagholders. They first had to get over 2/3 ownership in order to shear the other one third (shareholders). That is the only realistic explanation since gold has climbed and other stocks have also climbed. DYODD.
