I realise that people are of the opinion that residential property in Australia will slide in the short term, however I dont think that justifies the slide in this company.
Just because the economy is shaky it is not going to stop people getting old and moving in to aged care facilities.

This is a top notch operator with a good development pipeline, good occupancy and great management. Also stockland have a large holding and could be viewed as looking at a takeover?

What are peoples views? Is this just being caught up in the current market?
