There is always speculation as to the reason . . . possibly need for cash, inside information, or simply impatience. Who knows?
Certainly a timely announcement from the State Government would help settle that question. This is the state government that is supposedly "Open for Business"!!!
I would hope that IF and RM are making themselves known on a regular basis to the minister.
