In reading the report what i could see what that the plant needs to be refurbished, this can run into millions depending on how much down time its had, so its not just a done deal. First the agreement has to be completed, once all parts have there money then the plant needs to be looked at and then more money spent to even get to minning, remember this plant was shut down due to minning finished, so to get back into it Dollars will need to be spent, thus where will it all come from, and thus i would say a capital raising will need to be done and that will mean more shares on issue, thus youll see a drift back in share price because of the negative news. Good buy, but lots of dollars to be spent before money is made.
