i was looking at buying DXS for the long term, after dxs takes over CPA which will probably happen, it will be the best office trust in australia thats listed, im abit worried of its gearing which is about 40% or so, if interests rates go up, DXS might be in a bit of a pickle, it might have to offload some assets.
5.9% yield is what im looking at, along with the stocks relative stability, and NTA at 1.05.
