I think some are just getting set at these prices in case the NT government pass the fracking moratorium. I think I read somewhere that the federal government is in favour of it and pushing the NT government but I don't know how much influence they have. How much is it worth if it gets fully passed? They are in a good position if so.
But it is like betting red or black at the roulette wheel.
