I am certainly not being disingenuous .... I was being factual. I was shocked and saddened by his death, which is all the more tragic as it appeared to be suicide, but the fact is he was facing charges.

Other more obvious reasons the farm-out would not have been productive, or faced a halt, is the present government and fracking enquiry.

Empire has not done enough IMO over many decades in the NT before the fracking enquiry. Not nearly enough. Look at the Share price, look at the history of the share price, look at the glacial speed of progress in the NT !

Whilst I hold Armour (as well as Empire) like you I am not a huge fan... but they are based in Australia and have more runs on the board here. Whereas Empire is more firmly focussed in the USA and has some decent production there.

There has been a number of Empire's AGM's where I am one of just a couple of attendees, and in my last attendance I was the only one..... the only Shareholder ! so I have been supportive, but balanced in the past.

In my view, if we post nothing but blue sky comments here about Empire, it papers over very real issues. It also lets the company off the hook and does not hold them to account.
