Hey Striebs, yes I do remember the farm-out to AEP. Terrible outcome due to McClendon's passing. I also remember McClendon was facing charges at the time and it is debateable whether the farm-out would have been productive. Armour had the farm-out as well with AEP, and suffered the same fate.

My point is that Empire's 100% owned company has held these NT tenements for decades and had done very little to monetise other than this ill-fated farm-out. Empire has wayyyy to much debt to do anything meaningful themselves here, and will drag the chain forever unless they get another farm-out and I sincerely doubt that will happen. They should wait for an opportunity in the right circumstances, and just sell it, maybe paying off their debt and possibly delivering a once-in-a-lifetime return for their long suffering Shareholders.... hopefully in 2018.
