   I have been working at LiveTiles full-time (More than a year)

   Vision is clear
   Great people
   We get experience with working with so many different countries/cultures
   Culture is amazing (the idiots don't last, managment don't accept people who are in it for themselves and treat others poorly)
   Technology is cutting edge, great to be part of the future of work tech
   AI is a huge part of strategy, we are all learning a lot about it

   Sometimes hard to keep up with the pace of the business and customer demand
   Sometimes hard to know what is happening on the other side of the world due to timezone
   Don't see owners as much as we'd all like, but its typically because they are spending time with other employees in other offices
   Advice to Management
   Keep caring about your staff and we'll keep doing what we love doing
   Recognize individual/team performance more formally
   Drive the next set of leaders in the business, we are here and ready
