Ummm - I actually do appreciate what it's like in the tech world and know that it's competitive to get the right people in. But an all expenses paId trip to san fran for a tech is stIll TRAINING. This Is an annual company holiday and cost $3m! The market is clearly showing their concerns in the sell off today. Defend it all you want but crunch the numbers. Not all non profitable companies are giving cash incentives to execs hitting sales targets with this type of expenditure at this early stage after a CR! with this much outgoing they'll be looking for another CR too and diluting even more.
If there isn't a problem with their sheets then why is this pimped?
