Well there's the mystery answered, 150 million shares representing roughly 40% of the total shares on issue once released to come out from escrow (currently only 232m on issue).
A substantial seller probably was aware of it and starting to dump their shares at the higher prices before the new shares came on the market and lowered them.
Would not touch for some time now, will trend down for the foreseeable future.
