You're absolutely right, the 3B is all shares so the 152m is part of the total of 232m total.
So thats worse than I first thought for smaller holders, greater proportion of shares as a percentage of the total coming out of lock up.
Don't forget, even at these prices, it's still a roughly 20% ROI for initial cornerstone investors, some would be very tempted to realise some of those gains and de-risk the remaining shares they hold on to - result - more selling soon
