Since the privatisation of Brisbane Airport in 1997, the airport has grown from a government-owned entity to a stakeholder-focussed, commercially-driven company widely known for its vision.
Brisbane Airport Corporation Pty Limited (BAC) paid $1.4 billion for ownership of Brisbane Airport for a 50 + 49 year lease period.
BAC is a proprietary company limited by shares.
BAC is an Australian company.
Interesting that their web site (haven't got the url.....just Google Bribane Airport) has a page devoted to shopping and dining, so they certainly see it as a major feature of their business.
