    makattack,
comparing revenues in growth companies is almost an exercise in futility.

Invest Egate, that may be so, but it's exactly what Thomas did in a presentation to give investors an idea of potential. I'm not arguing whether the above is gutile or not, I'm just trying to give some explanation as to why the share price has dropped so dramatically from a high of 82c to 28c and I belief it's partly because of expectation created.

The other part? Well the cynic in me says that it was also pumped up for an exit for 'mates'. Let's look at the history realistically. When Thomas took over, he oversaw a drop from 2c+ to .2 of a cent. We were wondering where are these investors he'd promised to lure. Well out they came AFTER the drop. Next we get a PRIVATE placement organised. Price is pumped up, gets back to it's orginal 2c (equivalent before consolidation) and much more, mates sell out, share price tumbles again. But hey that's just the cynic in me.

Anhow that's history. It's the point end of the stick now. Future success (share price wise) relies on sales growth. It's make or break time.
