I dont think it is the retired Directors selling so quickly as I would think the new board would have learnt from the Thomas sell off and tried to exercise some control.
Which leaves Washer and he must nearly be out of stock to sell
The main problem on the selloff is the buying side is weak The company needs to promote interest get brokers and funds on board to buy into the stock
