You are missing the point matey.....I am talking about 5 current cases in the Supreme Court:
1. TTS wants about $600m
2. TAH wants about $600m
Both these cases finished about 1 mth ago and the decision is being held up..why..is my question to you.
And NB ...in Victoria its alib gov.
3.TTS won a case were the libs wanted a health care levy
4. TAH won a similar case.
NB! Both are being Appeal...TODAY..the amount is a mere $80 million
AND NB! its the Libs again.
5. In Queensland that LIB gov are trying to grab more money to offer as prize money by asking for other players to enter and compete against TTS...
The Queensland premier has rocks in his head....cos on a sole agreement with TTS he gets $130 million....and less if that agreement is diluted..and no one is dumb enough to give that clown $30 and staff up shops in Queensland to get that up front payment back.
Queenslands racing will be decimated from April unless Newmann comes to his senses...ie less prize money to offer means fewer race meetings.
