The ALP claim they took legal advise that they could break the contract and the Libs have defended that position... So it seems Big Billy I am wrong by your calculation even though after about half a dozen attempts at trying to prove me wrong you offered this titbit which seems to include the words "the ALP" and "that they could break the contract". Which would appear to confirm my assertion. I'm sure if you really tried Billy boy "matey" you could find an announcement on the ASX website for both TTS and TAH a few years ago where the Victorian ALP gov't of the day took those licences off both TTS and TAH but WTF you keep telling yourself the Libs had a choice other than to try and defend the indefensible when they took over the state treasury in dire straits after many years of Bracks and Brumby multi-billion dollar debt. Tell me Billy what would you have done since the licences had already been cancelled when the Libs took over? They could not undo what the previous gov't had done!
