bvt617, Receipt from sales, declined in the last Quarter,doesn't really help the shareprice, and the stock was trending down anyway, funny that :) The second reason I believe is the high burn rate and the need to continually raise capital from participants who are only in for the quick buck and not the long term approach. Hopefully the distribution agreement with OMRON Healthcare will lead to increased sales and attract quality capital investment, hence the NASDAQ listing approach. OMO Goodluck
