bagasa I was perplexed at the low PE as well, and this was when the price was in the 80s.

Unfortunately I have learnt the hard way that this small fish ain't smarter than the market. If it doesn't add up then there is usually a reason.

Fortunately I remembered this lesson and held off the urge to bottom pick.

Will consider a purchase if news and / or charts say so, glad to miss out on the first 5% of the bounce or so if it means not getting sucked into a dud scenario
