with medicare rebate reversal from 50% to 12% reduction, and VGH retaining over 50% of its docters so far ,the cash flow is strong there is no reason for the share price to be at this level other than bad sentement for the health sector.
For the long term share holders the fundamentals are good, it appears a major share holder is selling out ,this is placing pressure on the share price, don't panic hold on.
