There are many orders with only 1 share each for CQR.
It would be nonsense for brokers to breack up their LARGE orders into orders with only 1 share each in order to accumulate CQR.
I think the small orders are at least detrimental to the other traders because they create unnecessary more transactions to occupy more capacity of ITS, so that other orders are excuted slowlier than otherwise they would be.
Can't ASIC see this?
