You will be aware that Rev Asia want to dispose of their 21%+ interest at the first viable opportunity.

The prospects of the sale by Rev Asia will continue to suppress the icar share price, together with the thought of a repeat of the three placements of approx 28m shares issued at 65c in July/ Aug 2015.

Watch for an institutional placement in November/ December.
