The seasonality is clear, but you have ponder why management made no effort to explain this in the quarterly. Deeply remiss of them.
The implications of the lack of improvement in cashflow is the necessity for another large placement looming in the next 6 months.
Their growth profile is nowhere near as strong as IPPs was and profitability and positive cash flow now look a long way way off.
Will CAR step in with a takeover if the market is disenchanted? Possibly, but who has the patience to wait for it?
